Hello everyone! I am Mrs Waythe.  

I have been teaching for 14 years but have been in the wonderful school of Upper Rhymney for 8 years.  

I am Foundation Phase Leader,part of the Senior Leadership Team and also lead Humanities.  

I am the teacher representative for the Governing Body and lead the School Council.  

Since I started my teaching career, I have worked with children of all ages and abilities.  

For the last few years, I have been working in Reception/Year 1 and absolutely love it! 

My favourite things to teach are Read, Write Inc and anything that is hands on, practical and creative.  I absolutely love being outdoors and am known to be in the Forest School area in all weathers!
